PAYMENT POLICY

We are currently using three payment methods:

1- Pay online directly at Website https://shopngoenvironment.com/ before receiving goods

After receiving the payment, we will call to confirm with the customer within 12 hours at the latest.

2- Payment via bank transfer before receiving goods

• • Transfer content template: Customer’s full name + Phone number + Payment for order number [Order number]

After receiving the transfer, we will call to confirm with the customer within 12 hours at the latest.

3- Payment in cash upon receipt of goods

Note: 

For high value orders (> VND 5,000,000), customer can choose to pay online/transfer 100% of the order value + shipping fee before receiving goods or pay a part in advance before receiving goods. Specifically, please deposit to us in advance at least 70% of the order value and shipping fee by bank transfer. After receiving the money, we send goods to you and you pay the rest when receiving goods.

Shipping fee will be calculated according to the standard price list of the delivery company (Fast delivery/Economy delivery)

After receiving payment, the Company will issue an invoice or a document sent by email to customer during the purchase process.
