According to the Draft “National Action Plan to implement Circular Economy”, selected focus sectors include: Agriculture, forestry, fisheries, mining and energy, processing industry, manufacturing, construction and transportation, waste management, specific fields, supporting industries/fields for circular economy (KTTH).


Overall objective of the Draft to form a sustainable production and consumption structure system, effectively use the value of natural resources, raw materials and used materials, minimize waste into the environment, Promote the regeneration of nature on the basis of selecting and applying popular and appropriate circular economy models, effectively exploiting the potential for innovation and creativity of the business community and people to promote application. Circular economy, associated with developing habits, practices, creating a culture of applying circular economy in production, business and consumption, moving towards forming a material circular society. Specific goals are proposed for each short-term (2025), medium-term (2030), and long-term (2030) period.
